Mike did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and went straight to work, answering my questions along the way. He sent a thorough final report the same day the inspection was performed.

After making an offer on a house we needed to get an inspector that would be thorough and one that we could trust to make sure our investment would be a good one. Upon the recommendation of our realtor, we had Pro Spec Home Solutions inspect the house and that recommendation proved to be a great one. Mike was punctual, professional and beyond thorough. He arrived shortly before we did to the house but did not wait for me to begin looking at the house. He inspected the exterior and once we arrived we went inside. There, he wiped his feet and covered them in order to not track dirt, snow and salt into the house… something that I am sure the owners appreciated too. He examined every floor and room, checking the outlets, vents, faucets and appliances and took detailed notes along the way. Additionally, he took numerous photographs and used them in his report to enhance his findings. He was very receptive to questions we had and took his time to explain what he was seeing and how he was going to note things in his conclusions. We found Mike’s work to be exceptional and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. Thanks Mike for your diligent work!

I was referred to Mike through a trusted coworker of mine and I was very pleased to find that he was extremely professional and very prompt to the inspection. He arrived early and had already looked over the roofs of the property by the time I got there. He is extremely detail-oriented and direct about the state of the property. He took the time to explain any issues he saw and was very good about answering any of the questions that I had during the inspection.
The final report that he sent me was very thorough and easy to understand. He even included photos that he took during the inspection in the PDF report which clearly showed any issues that he found. Mike event sent me the finished report in less than 24 hours after the inspection!
